For the week of February 11, 1978

I love this picture of Mat and I. It always puts a smile on my face to see my little brother as a baby peeking around me like that as I gave him rides on the tricycle. I have vague memories of doing this when we were a bit older than we are in this picture so it’s obviously something we did for a while. I don’t know if it was because there was only one tricycle at the time. I know that later on we each had our own but I’m pretty sure we still did this even after that. Regardless, we had a lot of fun as kids. I’m sure Mom was the reason too.

Just a few more weeks until we reach our 25th Episode! Mat and I are really excited and I’m a bit surprised that it falls on the Friday before Mom’s Birthday. It wasn’t planned that way but it sure is cool how it worked out! So keep on listening, we’ll keep putting these out until we’ve completed the Journal so stay caught up, there’s a lot more coming!

Mom gets motivated about finding a job but then gets demotivated when things don’t go exactly how she thougt they would. She also talks about filing bankruptcy. Mat and I talk a lot in this one about Mom’s views on life and how she used the Journal to vent.
